Jean HECHES started in 1983, as an assistant director and a stage manager on feature films at the Victorine studios in Nice. He started as a first assistant on television series and he became an editor and a director.
He directed short films, as well as documentaries broadcast on television channels in France and abroad. He has worked for several years as artistic director, and is responsible for all French adaptations of theatrical films.
In 2014, he directed the feature documentary, "Ondes Science et Manigances", which was released in theaters with debate sessions. MEMENTO MORI is his first feature film.
